Amy Hudson is an endurance cyclist and motivational speaker whose journey from burnout to resilience inspires audiences across the UK and beyond.

After leaving her role as a Mental Health Nurse, Amy turned to cycling as a way to cope during a difficult period. Having battled an eating disorder and intrusive thoughts for years, she made it her mission to rebuild her life. Cycling quickly became more than a coping mechanism—it became her purpose.

Her determination has led to extraordinary achievements: cycling 2,000 km across Italy and France in eight days, winning a national silver medal in the 24-hour time trial, and completing every stage of the Men’s Tour de France plus transfers, covering over 4,000 miles in just 28 days. Amy rides thousands of miles each year to raise funds for mental health charities and is the author of Finding Happiness Pedal by Pedal, sharing her story of recovery and resilience.

Amy delivers talks tailored to schools, businesses, and events, including Kendal Mountain Festival and Rouleur Live, and has hosted panel discussions and live events. She has appeared on the Watts Occurring Podcast, the Unplugged Podcast and Sky Sports News, sharing her experiences with humour, warmth, and authenticity.

Always chasing her next challenge, Amy is currently training with her husband to attempt the world record for the fastest couple to cycle around the world. Her story shows the power of determination, resilience, and finding happiness through passion—one pedal stroke at a time.
